- Underage to play for money it's illegal!!
- If it is a private club and has no government or local involvement (liquor licencing etc) then I would imagine it is up to the club to make the rules. If it has been an ok rule up to now for them to play then I would think majority rules for it to change. Not knowing the club myself its really hard to give and exact answer.
- no, kids cannot gamble in any club.
- By law no person under the age of 18 can play bingo for cash prises ! About 10 years ago a local girl won the bingo national link ( about £80,000 at the time ) when she came to pick up her cheque she was asked the question " what are you going to do with the money " The prompt reply came from her boyfriend " She is 18 in 2 weeks time and she is going to have the best party you could ever imagine " The manager swiftly ripped up the cheque as she was not old enough to play bingo for cash prise's ! i wonder if they are still together ? But the answer to your question is they shouldn't be playing bingo for cash in the first place !
- i think you will find that the conditions of your licence allowing you to pay cash prizes for bingo (gambling) prohibit anyone under the age of eighteen from taking part, i suggest you ask your club secretary to check into the legality of this ASAP. You could be in breach of gambling laws and liable to a hefty fine and possible closure.
- no they can't it is against the law
- How about doing a kid's bingo where they can win prizes like DVDs, gift cards, and CDs and stuff?
- well don't really know about bingo but you can play lotto at age 16Y's
